Kay Responsibility:

Foster effective relations with domestic and oversea investors and manage IR database. Participate in roadshow, webinar, investor meeting, and shareholder meeting and bio-tech investment conferences.

Collaborate with internal staff to analyse financial results and pipeline development, draft disclosure materials, interim/annual reports, prepare investor presentations PPT, CEO statement, prepare Q&A, IR website update.

Analyse capital market and industry competitive landscape, monitor stock performance, collect analysts' reports and offer insights to CEO/CFO /top management.

Handle inquiry and draft response, organise meetings with analyst, fund managers, prospect investors, shareholders, government and related authorities.

• Work closely with MD, R&D, Clinical, BD, Sales team to strengthen corporate reputation and product awareness, spearhead product launch events, KOL engagement seminar, medical conference, , and media disclosure.
  

Kay Criteria:

K listed company IR working experience is required.

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is required, working experience in a pharmaceutical company is better.

Experienced in project with investment bank or financing institution.
