• Implement warehouse operation flow and SOP, including warehouse operation, inventory management, pick and pack, labeling, return and replacement, destruction operations.
• Lead warehouse team to continuously improve operation accuracy and efficiency, achieve or exceed KPI target.
• Control and utilize all warehouse resources to improve productivity.
• Prepare monthly payment breakdown of warehouse cost, including laboring and materials. Analyze cost vs. sales and initialize cost saving solutions
• Be responsible for the safety and security of the warehouse
• Through timely communication, coaching and follow-up, lead whole warehouse team to develop. Coordinate to solve any problems and issues occurring in operation.
• Review and monitor third party service provider, measure performance and focus on cost and efficiency.

• Working experience in warehouse operation, 3 years at management level
• Abundant knowledge at cosmetics industry
• Good leadership and project management skill
• Good planning skill and priority setting skill
• Familiar with warehouse management system
• Hard working and pay attention to detail
• Shop floor people management and coaching skill
• Data analysis and reporting skill
• Highly independent and initiate
• Excellent communication skill
