职责描述

• Be the project leader of western OEM Automotive powertrain development projects for which our components have been nominated.
• Lead the communication in front of our customers and all internal departments of Federal-Mogul.
• As the project leader, initiate and perform tasks for the APQP process, which includes all phases of Part Design, Design Verification, Component Validation and Testing. The Application Engineer leads each project until it goes into SOP (Start of production).
• Participate in the Request for Quote (RFQ) and Sample Order (SO) phases and drive therewith the process to gain new business.
• Work with our global team to meet global customer and business requirements.

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical related field e.g. mechanical engineering. Basic understanding about Automotive processes and project phases.
• >4-6 years related working experience in powertrain development is superior.
• Good English communication skill both in writing and oral. Have a proficient knowledge of internal and customer systems and how to use them to benefit the business.
• Have the ability to perform detailed customer presentations.
