职责描述
- Provide effective human resources leadership and administration support, be the main contact person with CIIC.
- Represent the company's core values, HR management in organization development, staffing, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee development, employee relationship and talent retention.
- Management of HR SOP and policies, lead incentive programs design, KPI setup and implementations, make improvements as an ongoing goal.
- Manage headcount/labor, salary, welfare, benefits, and manage operating admin budget and cost control for internal office operations and events cost.
- Expert in Chinese labor law ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported, investigated and resolved.
- Management of Legal/compliance, such as third-party agreements, insurance, trademarks, and company documents. Ensure everything is well-organized, with professional task management and expiration/renewal management.
- Lead any and all HR and Admin staff on the team.
- Engage any other HR or Admin projects or initiatives as they arise.
