Headquartered in Shanghai, HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited was established in August 2009. It is a 50-50 joint venture between HSBC Insurance (Asia) Limited and The National Trust Ltd. With a registered capital of RMB1025 million, the Company serves affluent and high-net-worth customers in Shanghai and Beijing through HSBC and Hang Seng bank's distribution channels. The Company offers comprehensive insurance services covering protection, retirement, children’s education, legacy planning and wealth growth to individuals and families.
We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of Executive Secretary, HSBC life Insurance.
In this role, you will:
- Provide strong secretarial support to COO
- Arrange & maintain daily schedule for COO
- Arrange appointments & travel itinerary for COO
- Ensure COO Office expenses well managed
- Consolidate the monthly reports for COO
- Arrange and coordinate meetings with internal and/or external parties and organize various functions
- Handle routine correspondence and other general secretarial support
- Co-ordinate with internal and external customers to attend to matters relating to the work of COO
- Respond to internal & external customer enquiries
- Maintain effective & efficient communication between departments
- Support on ad hoc projects (including COO presentations) & initiatives as required

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- 4-5 years' secretarial experience for senior executive.
  • Experience in financial industry, particularly in Insurance
  • Experience in working with senior executives
  • Typing & proficient in PC application including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese input
  • Fluent in English
  • Well organized, attention to detail and capable of working in a multi-task environment
  • Good interpersonal skills
