Key Responsibilities/职位描述
  • Act as Insights Growth Co-pilot for North for the all channels. Partner with Sales/Channel /Shopper marketing, Category Leadership and regional Sales regarding category, segment, channel and shopper insights for customer centricity.
  • Ensure that shopper,channel insights and dynamics are embedded at the core of our long-term growth strategy and category vision
  • Develop a deep understanding and analysis of channel & shoppers that utilizes the Mars Growth philosophy and analysis through the lens of the Flywheel and Develops
  • Generate and drive knowledge on scalable insights from the channel into the North Business locally and shared Nationally
  • Works with National & Regional Demand Functions to ensure insights are deployed within North to inform customer strategy, selling presentations, & in-store activation
  • Works with projects owner & channel/shopper marketing to dig out the opportunities & change to in-store activation in Region
  • Provides ROI analysis of Shopper Marketing Activation for the channel / customer activations
  • Provides shelf, display, checkout learning agenda and insights across innovation and activation programs nationally and by key customer to drive conversion via co-work with PS team in North
  • Represent RCM at Core team meeting, or key customer meetings and at key industry customer events
  • Work closely with National CMI Shopper Insights to develop and deploy a strategic shopper insights agenda across the National
  • Pro-actively share North shopper insights with to ensure National CBUs are anchored in local insights


Qualifications/任职条件

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Above 4-6 years of Market Research experience with an understanding of market research techniques, market drivers and media outlets
  • 2-3 years of experience assisting in the development and implementation of strategic market plans
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively articulate complex issues in a clear, concise, user-friendly format
