Job Description:

• 
  Developing business strategies and evaluating commercial real estate investment opportunities

• 
  Lead the team in pursuing potential investments and asset acquisitions.

• 
  Developing new business set-ups.

• 
  Be responsible for the appropriate positioning of properties within the investment portfolio and the formulation of asset management plans to maximize performance and enhance capital growth for the properties under your charge.

• 
  Set appropriate tenant mix, devise and implement effective marketing plans and control related expenses to maximize Net Operating Income of assets.

• 
  Be involved in the acquisition, due diligence and documentation processes of new properties as well as evaluation of development of facilities.

Requirement:

• 
  Bachelor Degree or above in Real Estate/Finance/Economics/Engineering or its equivalent.

• 
  8-9 years'working experience in asset management and investment work in investment firm or real-estate Company. Prefer working experience in foreign investment company.

• 
  Must have investment experience, e.g. in execution of investment deals.

• 
  Proficiency in financial modeling for projects and acquisition of assets is essential.

• 
  Regional asset management and investment exposure in the real estate markets & knowledge of logistics properties is an advantage.

• 
  Strong command of written and verbal English and Mandarin.

• 
  Other key attributes include good teamwork, strong initiative and great independence in working in a fast-paced environment.
