The client is the world leader in offering the Electrification Products and Systems that provide Building Products, Electrification Solutions, Installation Products, Protection and connection and Medium Voltage Products.

As a Logistic & Warehouse Manager, you will be part of the Electrification Products Division and Industrial Solutions Business Unit (BU) based in Shanghai.

Tasks

• Ensure safety operation in Shanghai plant & FTZ warehouse.
• Ensure stock accuracy and all transaction in SAP is correct and timely.
• Optimize operation process in warehouse to achieve high efficiency and quality.
• Manage Inbound & Outbound daily operation to achieve high efficiency requirement.
• Control import & export freight cost and ensure high handling efficiency.
• Drive some cost saving projects to control and reduce the cost.
• Provide higher level logistic service (on time/fast/reliable) with lower cost for internal plant and customers.
• Ensure customs book balance with no impact to operation and tax.
• Optimize policies and procedure for logistic activities.
• Conduct safety walk and near miss/incident investigation and implement corrective actions.
• Staff management in warehouse and logistic scope.

Requirements

• College Degree or above.
• At least 8 years of Experience in Logistic and Warehouse field, including 4+ years on Customs book management.
• Good knowledge on SAP system.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills will be considered as plus.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Excellent resistance to Stress and Influencing skills is preferred.
