1.Teacher of painting
2.Provide art course to students of all ages (3 to 14 mainly);
3.Give demos to new students and do marketing activities;
4.Attend weekly meeting, training, workshop and do paper work required;
5.Handle all class sizes from 1 on 1 to groups;
6.5 working days per week;
7.Working hours per week: 30 (20 teaching + 10 non-teaching)

1. Basic salary: More than 11,000 RMB per month;

a. Contract completion bonus: 10,000 RMB;
b. Bonus for successful demo, customer retention and new teacher recommendation;
c. Monthly evaluation bonus: 100 to 1,000 depending on performance;
d. Overtime pay: 200 RMB per hour for extra teaching

a. Housing allowance: 2,000 RMB per month;

Requirements
1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree and majored in art preferred
2. At least 2 years related experience with reference letter;
3. Teaching certificate, international dance awards and member of professional art organization preferred;
4. 22 to 40 years old;
