工作职责:

Key responsibilities:

? Responsible for the proper daily operations of Windows Server 2008 and later versions including installation, configuration, patching and troubleshooting

? Responsible for implementing and troubleshooting Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS, WDS)

? Responsible for implementing and troubleshooting Windows-based File and Print server

? Responsible for server schedule backup job monitor or restore once needed

? Responsible for Windows-based application deployment

? Advanced troubleshooting support and complex issue resolution of the entire Windows Infrastructure , must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required;

? Ensure technical systems and solutions are operating efficiently, according to best practices, and maintain disaster recovery readiness at all times;

? Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality;

? Analyze performance, predict needs and growth, plan and recommend preventative measures;

? Build related "script"s to finish the daily job automatically and massively;

? Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures related to the Windows platform;

? Support management and license administrator for Windows environment license management;

? Participate to the definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics as directed;

? Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards as project or operation required;

? Carry out all other related tasks.

任职资格:

1. 学历与经验要求(Education/Experience)

? Bachelor degree or above (preferably in Computer Science)

? 5 years administrative experience in Windows infrastructure in an enterprise environment

? MCSE/VCP is preferred

2. 技能要求(Skills)

? Skilled with Windows Server 2008 and later versions administration

? Skilled with Active Directory and related services (DNS, DHCP, IIS, WSUS, WDS)

? Skilled with Windows-based File and Print server management

? Skilled with Windows patch management

? Skilled with enterprise backup system management (e.g. HP Data Protector)

? Skilled with Nagios/Zabbix for Windows surveillance

? Skilled with VMware Management

? Skilled with HP hardware (Blade/Rack server) management

? Skilled with public/ private cloud technologies (e.g. Azure, AWS)

? Skilled with PowerShell "script"ing/automation experience.

? Knowledge in MS Office365 platform

? Knowledge in Network LAN/WAN/DMZ technology

? Skill in developing techniques and methodologies to resolve unprecedented problems or situations.

? Ability to multi-task and prioritize

? Be a team player

3. 英语要求(English request)

? Good in written English

? Oral English is preferred
