Job Description
- Provide staffing share service to HRBP team and business line managers;
- Proactively look for suitable candidates based on staffing needs from HRBP;
- Screen CV and maintain CV pool;
- Conduct telephone interviews and face to face interviews, arrange line dept. interviews;
- Feedback and communication with Line Manager, candidate and other related party;
- Monitor and control the whole recruiting process of responsible positions;
- Support on other tasks of HRBP team.
- Bachelor degree or above majored in Human Resource, Business Management or Economics;
- At least 1 year experiences in whole recruiting process, headhunter or in-house multi-national company experience preferred;
- Good communication skill in both Chinese and English, oral and written;
- Reliable, proactive, result-oriented.
