Description
Objective
  • Organize and control the proper implementation of standardized operation according to set guidelines and policies in order to achieve operational excellence.
Task Description
  • Management
  • Organize and control the proper implementation of standardized operation during the daily operation.
  • Align the process operation guidelines in order to maximize an effective and excellent performance of the working staffs thereby achieve the set KPI’s.
  • Close coordination with WPM central for the proper implementation of change operation management.
  • Review and implement corrective measures in terms of quality performance output of staffs as well adherence to safety standard process.
  • Evaluate staff performance for further recommendations of training and career development.
  • Assist the PDC Senior Manager in monitoring staff adherence for the proper implementation of company rules, regulations and corporate values.
  • Assumes the role of Shift Manager Operations
  • Work Processes
  • Conduct periodic maintenance checks on building structures and safety equipment and be proactive to report any potential problem.
  • Evaluate the proper utilization of warehouse equipment, parts storage space and location enhancement as well taking into consideration assessment of improved technology for operational enhancement.
  • Maintain the stock integrity and the security in the warehouse and be responsible for the accuracy of stocks inventory.
  • Responsible for the supervision and scheduling of shifting staffs.
  • Assist and communicate with the Inventory Management for the recommended disposal and proper scrapping of damaged parts and obsolete stocks.
  • Manages the processing of incoming shipments and the outgoing deliveries during the corresponding shift.
  • Monitor and coordinate the perpetual stocktaking in the warehouse.
  • Others
  • Perform regular double shift operation in Warehouse.
  • Perform tasks as instructed by PDC Senior Manager from time to time.
Qualifications
Qualification
  • Education
  • Degree or Diploma in Logistics Management/Business Administration.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in managing a warehouse or relevant manager position.
  • Disciplined, dynamic and possess a high degree of integrity.
  • Possess good interpersonal relationship.
  • Have strong Leadership Skills and ability to coach subordinates.

  • Specific Knowledge
  • Good command of written and spoken Mandarin and English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Familiar with warehousing and distribution systems.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts would be an advantage.
