1、Explain SECL specification to suppliers & contractors prior start of fabrication

2、Strongly represent and push owners and SECL requirements for quality in manufacturer workshop

3、Witness welder qualifications and mock ups according to applicable codes and standards.

4、Perform inspection of equipment and ensure quality is within owners & SECL specification, develop QA/QC concept and organize owners inspection based on Inspection & Test Plan

5、Writes reports, communicate with project team, issues NCR’s and initiates decisions for required rectification and follows up

6、Executing quality assurance and quality control activities for oversea and local projects

7、Make recommendations on timely feedback for product problems, keep pressure to supplier to follow the product schedule
