Main Tasks and assignment:
1.Identify appropriate training needs according to business direction, to formulate and implement yearly training which included both technical competency development and people skills development
2.Set up a training matrix of differentiated level training programs for new employees joining company within 12 months, including offline and online trainings;
3.Be the main contact, organizer, facilitator and source of knowhow of various training programs in China
4.Support or assist on regional and /or global training projects, coordinate with local HR teams
5.Assist Head HR on talent retention and development program, including campus project, HP, etc.
6.Set-up, manage all kinds of digital learning systems, uses latest technologies to realize training effectiveness
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in BE / BS
2.Above 25 years old
3.Good facilitation skill
4.Certificate in training related
5.With 3 years or above relevant working experience in training
6.Have delivered various trainings more than 500 hours
