工作职责:

? Responsible for the proper daily operations of the VMware environment including ESXi management, virtual server provisioning, resource management, surveillance, etc.

? Daily operations of installation, configuration, patching, upgrade & tuning for VMware environment;

? Advanced troubleshooting support and complex issue resolution of the entire Virtualization Infrastructure (hardware, software and systems), must be able to work flexible hours and overtime as required;

? Ensure technical systems and solutions are operating efficiently, according to best practices, and maintain disaster recovery readiness at all times;

? Monitor system events to ensure health, maximum system availability and service quality;

? Analyze performance, predict needs and growth, plan and recommend preventative measures;

? Build related "script"s to finish the daily job automatically and massively;

? Maintain documentation regarding configurations, operations and troubleshooting procedures related to the VMware platform;

? Support management and license administrator for VMware environment license management;

? Participate to the definition of standards, guidelines, best practices and metrics as directed;

? Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design and standards as project or operation required;

? Carry out all other related tasks.

任职资格:

1. 学历与经验要求(Education/Experience)

? Bachelor degree or above (preferably in Computer Science)

? 5 years administrative experience in VMware virtual infrastructure in an enterprise environment

? VCP/VCAP/VCIX/VCDX is preferred

2. 技能要求(Skills)

? Skilled with VMware vSphere ESXi, vCenter, etc. .

? Skilled with VMware P2V

? Skilled with VMware HA/DRS, Update Manager

? Skilled with VMware vSphere Replication, VMware SRM

? Skilled with HP hardware (Blade/Rack server) management

? Skilled with diagnosing and resolving vSphere performance issues

? Skilled with Windows and Linux technologies

? Skilled with PowerShell "script"ing/automation experience.

? Knowledge in storage systems including SAN (FC FCoE), NAS (CIFS and NFS)

? Knowledge in Network LAN/WAN/DMZ technology

? Skill in developing techniques and methodologies to resolve unprecedented problems or situations.

? Ability to multi-task and prioritize

? Be a team player

3. 英语要求(English request)

? Good in written English

? Oral English is preferred
