Houhai English is looking for a Teacher Recruiter to be based in our Head office in Beijing. The successful applicant will:

- Organize and oversee the recruitment process from search to hire
- Drawing up and posting job advertisements
- Screening applications
- Setting up and undertaking first interviews and preparing/giving feedback for candidates and colleagues
- Social Media Content Management
- Candidate Pipeline Management
- Ensure the school's expectations of teachers are correctly communicated, agreed and monitored

Requirements

- 1 year work experience in recruitment/hiring, preferably of teachers
- Native level of English
- Sound decision making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- An influencer - a natural networker who has an inherent need to learn from people
- Logical thinking and approach
- Excellent attention to detail and reactivity
- Ability to interpret/analyze data, draw conclusions and construct a clear narrative
- Ability to evaluate and manage differing requests - from internal or external sources
- Proactive with a team spirit, who thrives under pressure
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Bachelors degree or higher
- Ability to acquire a clean back ground check
