Main Responsibility:
1. Complete build plan from planning. 完成生产计划。
2. Coordinate with other departments to solve production problems, such as material, machine, labor, product, process or quality problems. 协调/协助解决生产中物料、设备、人员、产品、工艺及品质问题。

3. Work with HR departments to finish operators' recruitment, training and other operator related issues. 主导完成员工招聘、录用、培训及其他员工相关事宜。

4. Manage safety, discipline and 5S in production line. 管理产线上的安全、 纪律、5S等问题。
5. Develop line leaders and material handlers and review their performance。 培养并发展组长及物料员并评估他们的工作表现。

6. Improve labor efficiency. 提高劳动效率。

7. Other issues related to production. 其他与生产相关事宜。

Job Requirements:

1. Basic knowledge of LEAN manufacturing. 对精益生产有基本的认识。

2. Basic capability in English reading and writing. 有基本的英文读写能力。

3. Be familiar with optical communication production flow. 熟悉光通讯产品的生产流程。

4. At least 2 years production workshop management experience. 2年以上生产现场管理经验。

5. Good communication skill. 良好的沟通能力。

6. High school or higher education. 高中及以上学历。
