Lead the design and construction of manufacturing, administration, and warehouse facilities across X portfolio/X region. You will collaborate with the real estate team to ensure efficiencies in the planning process. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders to align on architectural, construction, relocation and external project management resources, and providing critical inputs into the real estate strategic planning process to ensure the right information is used to make consolidation and growth decisions.

Work with the real estate and strategic planning teams to ensure appropriate information is available to make real estate portfolio decisions
Drive integration of Honeywell Workplace Solutions into all projects to drive a common look, feel, and performance level across the global portfolio
Lead the design and construction of all facilities across the region, including strong project management of all design and construction resources

Key Responsibilities

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture/Engineering, real estate, or related field

WE VALUE

• Some real estate or construction project management experience
• Experience with large Corporate Real Estate Function, General Contractor, or Architectural/Engineering Firm supporting real estate projects
• Previous experience with vendor management
• Previous experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven success on projects with construction volumes from $1M to 25M
• Strong inter-personal and organization skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to effectively influence at all layers of the organization
• Understanding of construction means and methods
