Job Description
The Marketing Strategist is chartered to develop and maintain segment specific PRC commercial client marketing campaign strategy that accounts for Business Unit priorities, marketing environment, competition, and funding realities. Creates and maintains segment specific marketing strategies (e.g. content, campaign, events, etc.) in support of business objectives through strategictomarket plans and processes. Communicates marketing campaign strategy proposals with senior management and functional marketing teams. Coordinates with key stakeholders worldwide to ensure the overall campaign implementation is aligned to the recommended strategy.


Qualifications

- Solid strategic thinking: analyze business and marketing focus from the complexity, set clear segment strategy and align with local and headquarter stakeholders.
- Proven campaign management skills and strong marketing expertise and knowledge to guide and work with key marketing function partners.
- Influencing and leadership skills with constructive communication, facilitate agreement in constructive way, excellent written and oral Chinese & English skills
- Biz market acumen and industry knowledge: including but not limited to biz environment/trend, product positioning, end-user and industry insights, etc
- Risk taking and result oriented: set clear success indicators for marketing campaign to support business
- 15+ years marketing related working experience, multinational company preferred.
- Understanding of commercial segment
Education: Bachelor degree or above, MBA or relevant education is nice to have, preferably in Marketing or related field
