Job Description

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To provide the best learning content to both own retail & franchise staff to empower them to consistently meet the retail standards

Key Responsibilities:

Business

  • Design & develope learning content to both own retail & franchise channel according to business priorities & staff’s learning needs
  • Develop capability programs according to different front-line staff’s competency model to equip them with relevant skills & knowledge
  • Develop and track training efficiency through retail KPIs as well as training KPIs

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with Retail Operation & Franchise Operation’s ROM & DOMs, Retail Excellence team to drive the performance in both own retail and franchise
  • Attend related business meetings and provide training insights
  • Coordinate with Retail Operations, Franchise Operation, Marketing, and other relevant teams to get alignment and acquire the resources on learning program design & development.
  • Regular meeting with stakeholders to seek for learning program’s application feedback.

Training Management

  • Be responsible for learning program design, complete content design on time, pass to delivery team with necessary briefing meeting or train-the-trainer
  • Utilize proper learning methods to optimize learning experience
  • Develop related learning program’s KPIs and processes for evaluating training delivery quality and effectiveness
  • Regular catch up meetings with deliver team to seek for learning program design feedback & improvement

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • At least 5 years’ experience training development and delivery, passion to sports is a plus
  • Experience with apparel retail or fast fashion is preferred

Educational Background

  • University degree or above

PC/Language/Other Skills

  • Good in reading and writing in English
