1. Full-time college degree or above (art education major preferred, ladies, students part-time), love education, sense of responsibility, and no pressure to communicate with students;

2. Experience in art training is preferred, requiring strong hands-on ability and demonstration ability.

3. Strong management ability, honest and teamwork spirit, conscientious and active work, patient and responsible to students.
