Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
Welcome customers when they arrive at the center, and guide them for the duration of their visit.
Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle any customer inquiries.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
Follow up on customer interactions.
Undertake basic data entry to open and update all customer accounts.
Complete other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
