This position provides a unique opportunity for the right individual to be part of Intel's team helping to lead the engagement with the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympic Games in China. Similar to Beijing 2008, the Olympics in 2022 represent a national-level priority for China. Intel as Global Olympic Sponsor has the opportunity to engage the Olympic ecosystem, including Government, Beijing Organizing Committee, China Olympic Committee and other Olympic Partners, global and domestic, to deploy Intel technology and solutions.

This position will be in the Olympic Program Office, a part of Intel's Corporate Strategy Department. In this role, you'll be in a position to work across the breadth of Intel, driving link teams from SMG, cross BU product team, and external partners to develop tech solution based on Intel leading technologies and products to represent Beijing 2022 opportunities for Intel.

Showcasing Intel leading technology and accelerating Intel product and solution adoption on opportunities around and beyond Olympic are major objectives of Intel Olympic sponsorship. The tech solution development manager plays a central role on this strategic task.

In this role, you need to work together with Olympic BDM to build relationship with BJ Olympic Organizing Committee, China Olympic Committee, top Olympic sponsors, and other Olympic related business partners to understand their business challenges & tech innovation needs, help them to address challenges and needs through using of Intel cross BU leading technologies, products, and solutions, and also position Intel as tech and thought leader in solving those challenging needs.

You also need to communicate the tech solution requests to local & HQ BU tech support team and external partners, drive the process of tech solution development, coordinate resolution of cross project team technical issues, manage cross team project technical reviews, and lead the final solution delivery to meet project goal.

Qualifications

� Bachelor and above degree on EE, computer science or related discipline.
� 10 years plus working experience, previous working experience to develop commercially viable solutions to meet customer requirements.
� Strong tech knowledge on across Intel priority technology areas for the Olympics: 5G, AI, IOTG, etc. and Intel cross BU product offerings.
� Proven track of driving innovative & challenging tech solutions development and delivering measurable result. Strong relationship development and team management skill to drive virtual link team to accomplish a challenging goal.
� Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to present effectively in front of a large audience and influence internal and external (management) stakeholders.
� Able to work in an ambiguous environment with minimal direct day to day supervision
� Native fluency in Mandarin, Working fluency in English
� Passionate about the Olympic Games
