Job Description

You will be part of the Global Ops team supporting Smart & Connected Home Division within Business Management Group. His or her responsibilities may include but are not limited to provide customer support on CHD order fulfillment and management in complex kits and/or stand-alone using SAP system and full knowledge of supply and inventory business processes and conditions with partnership of territory and country field sales, BU sales, Division and the factory; forecast revenue and rebates; identify opportunities and risks; perform quarter-end closure activities such as RNA accruals, good and bad news submission with Finance partners to meet requirements of compliance and control; track and analyze global direct customer billings and Distribution end customer sales out as per projects against mid-range forecast.


Qualifications

A successful candidate requires:
- Knowledgeable in customer service, supply line logistics management, revenue demand forecasting with attention to details
- Ability to multi-task and work independently and/or collaborate with the global team
- Excellent communication
- Analytical and proactive
- Proficient in SAP and Office Application such as Excel, Power BI and MSBI
- Experience of business operation, customer and market analysis is preferred
