Job Overview
The manager position consists of leading a team of In-House promoters in our International Affairs Department. The manager will be responsible for the performance of his team. This position will require a strong team leader that can manage their team to meet the required goals and tasks. The manager will  be entrusted as a leader to plan/organize/lead/insure that all tasks are carried out.
 
 
Responsibilities and Duties
• Develop, supervise, manage, train, and motivate a strong and effective team
• Handle team concerns
• Responsible for the performance of the team
• Write progress reports
• Report to the Director of the department
• Making sure that all requirements and tasks are met
• Have personal goals and objectives
• Identify the resources required to meet goals objectives
• Ensure success in planned activities
• Determining customers needs
• Promote activities and parties

Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree
• Minimum 1 year experience as manager
• Strong leadership
• Excellent Team work skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good social network
• Organized
• Focused and Positive
• Fluent written and verbal English, Spoken Chinese
• Any other languages are a plus
