Architectural Designer Needed in Xi’an China


Shanxi Zoyi Design was registered in Singapore in 2015, with a registered capital of 20 million, now base in Xi’an City of Shanxi Province, China. Our company's main designers team come from different countries, and with different cultural background.

We have 7 design teams, 13 cooperative foreign designers, and have a deep cooperation with global 31 well-known design companies

Our goal is: to create a first-class brand in China, even in the world.

Our design philosophy is: strong and brave, simple and warm.

Main business: creative residential buildings, public buildings, monomer, interior design, landscape design and space design.

Now we’re looking for foreign Architectural Designer to work with us, and develop with us in Xi’an (a fast developing city) of China.


Job Requirements:
The Ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, good technical knowledge and design sensitivity along with the following qualifications:

1/ Bachelor degree or above major in architecture
2/ Expatriates in China is most welcome
3/ at least 3 years experience in Architectural design firm
4/ Excellent theoretical basis in architecture and urban planning.
5/ Excellent English communication skills and English writing ability
6/ Proficiency in architectural design software such as: AutoCAD, BIM, SketchUp, Photoshop and Indesign, 3DS Max and Revit will be a plus.
7/ Good graphic presentation, modeling and rendering skills.
