Responsibilities:

1. Working hour analysis

a. Record the actual working hours of existing products

b. List the non-efficient working hours

2. Value stream mapping

a. Complete a value stream mapping according to working process

b. Analysis waste working hours, optimize

3. Analysis on assembly procedures

a. According to VSM, redesign the working procedures to reduce waiting time between procedures

b. According to VSM, point out reduced or merged working hours

General Requirement:
1. Mechanical major is preferred

3. Fluent English skills(Oral& Written)

4. Strong sense of team awareness
