Inner Mongolia visa department only accept UK, America, NZ, Australia, Canada, South Africa(some restrictions) as the main countries for English teachers. We are a legal operating school and must follow their requirements.

Job Position / Description: Foreign Manager.
Location: Connect to choose your location. In the area of XilinGol, Inner Mongolia, China. More options available shortly.
Reporting to: Owner/Headmaster - Foreign managed and part owned English Training Centre
Working Week - includes office hours: Monday, Tuesday & Friday 3:30pm - 7:30pm. Saturday-Sunday: 8:30am-12:30pm & 2:30pm-6:30pm – Approximately – adjust with demand – flexibility is a must.
Potential: To resource and secure - Monday to Friday contracted kindergarten / Primary / outside classes.
Start date and contract length: ASAP - 12 months contract renewable
Class size and ages:
3-16 years old plus adult or business classes from time to time
Maximum 16 students per class – unless outside contracts.

Package:
1. Golden handshake on arrival and completion of a work visa (3,000RMB)
2. 15,000-18,000 RMB per month depending on teacher's qualification and ability.
3. Guaranteed annual salary increase (Potential increase after first 6 months depending on your success)
4. Free Housing, potentially shared, but looked at on a case by case basis and fully supported yearly work visa.
5. Business related percentage bonus reflected in the number of new students that sign up.
6. An annual 10,000RMB bonus paid 6 monthly,(5,000 x 2) plus various incentives throughout the year.
7. 3 to 4-week paid summer and winter vacation plus Chinese holidays. Annual team building activity with all staff.

General expectations: As an FM in the school, you will be working side by side with a very experienced, smart and very kind local School Manager who’s in charge of all local, government, financial and relationship requirements. Your duties will be all about sourcing students, marketing and initially taking the classes. Due to our detailed knowledge of this city, with the right person in there, the numbers will grow rapidly, as I we are already well trusted, liked and known there. Once in excess of 120 students, we will look to recruit another teacher, allowing you to release some classes and start focusing more on developing the school. If outside courses and contracts are as successful as we believe they can be, another teacher will be sourced. Why is growth important to you? Special Requirements:
Native speaker from England, Canada, USA, South Africa, NZ, Australia.
Hold original and authenticated documents.
Responsible and dedicated to teaching

Requirements: If in China - Original documents, such as CV, 2 x reference letters with company stamps, medical, police clearance check, degree, TEFL or equivalent, 2 years work experience after degree completed. Foreign Expert Card cancellation letter, reference letter and release letter from previous employer. Copy of previous visa and passport with passport photo.
If residing outside China, you will need almost all of the above, except previous employers letters, but nearly all needs to be authenticated, especially the degree, medical, references and police check.
