Job Description
TopSchools is now recruiting 4 Kindergarten / EYFS Teacher for a newly established kindergarten located in Changsha, Hunan Province which requires candidates to be on board in Aug 2019.

Requirements:
1. Native-level English speaker;
2. A good degree from an established university (required);
3. TEFL/TESOL/PGCE/QTS or equivalent is preferred;
4. At least 2 or more years of full time, school based, teaching experience (required);
5. Enjoys working with young children.

Roles and Responsibilities - Teaching and Learning:
1. To plan, prepare and deliver schemes of work in accordance with the academic programs set out by the school, which facilitate active learning experiences for all children;
2. To assess and maintain records of children’s progress in learning, using this information to ensure that each child has the opportunity to succeed;
3. To manage the classroom environment so that it is a stimulating, well- resourced and orderly space which supports and encourages learning;
4. To have a thorough understanding of the purpose and aims of the school’s educational ethos;
5. To always set high expectations, which inspire, motivate and challenge students;
6. To use all relevant technology to support learning, understanding and development;
7. To identify and select different instructional resources and methods to meet the children’s varying needs;
8. To evaluate learning experiences and outcomes for children’s continual improvement;
9. To provide meaningful feedback and assessment for learning in line with the school’s policies;
10. To ensure that the standards set out in the school’s policies, including but not limited to behaviour, teaching and learning and safeguarding are followed;
11. To ensure that all children are treated with respect – fairly and equally.

Roles and Responsibilities - Communication and Co-operation
1. To work co-operatively and supportively with all members of staff;
2. To share information, ideas and resources with colleagues;
3. To develop supportive and productive relationships with parents;
4. To maintain accurate and complete records of children’s development  to participate in departmental, school-based and parental meetings;
5. To share assessment data and ensure that it is appropriately archived  to prepare required reports on children and their activities;
6. To participate in the supervisory duties shared by all members of staff  to participate in the co-curricular life of the school;
7. To play a full part in the corporate life of the School
8. To support the school’s image and profile in the community

Package Details - Salary, benefits and working hours:
1. 18,000 RMB to 25,000 RMB per month based on experience and qualifications
2. Comprehensive medical cover; annual flight; housing allowance for teacher
3. Full time: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
4. Student age: 2 to 6 years old
5. Winter/Summer Holiday provides approximately 3 weeks paid vacation; Christmas provides 1 week paid vacation and all Chinese National holidays.
