Job Description
Responsibilities
Work closely with the Sales Director/Client Partner in developing, cultivating, and closing deals with leading institutions in the global market
Lead partner engagement in the global market
Support the Client Partner in the development, execution and delivery of quality solution focused on client presentations and proposals
Act as a touch point and achieve excellent levels of Customer Satisfaction
Create an environment of innovation and rapid response to client’s needs based on a deep awareness of their business from both a tactical and strategic perspective
Plan and execute external client activities and events in an effective manner
Requirements
5 to 8+ years of overall experience, with at least 3+ years in software solutions / IT Application services sales experience
Knowledge of service industry terminology, systems and market segmentation
Must have exemplary communication and customer service skills
Ability to be adaptable to the customer’s local market, culture and work in a multi-cultural environment
Must work independently in complex fast paced environment locally and lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders internally and within client organization
Self-starter who relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Excellent written, verbal presentation and organizational skills in English, ability to interface with business and information technology
Promising leadership ability, organizational planning skills and strong time management skills
Willingness to travel worldwide
Work permit provided
