Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development of marketing plans, materials, execution, and reporting of marketing communications.
2. Copywriting for written content including product pages, packaging, press releases, email marketing, etc.
3. Create wireframes for product pages which reflect your understanding of the customers’ needs and produce a higher sales conversion.
4. Assist with duties, presentations, and organization of materials as they relate to marketing meetings and projects.
5. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
6. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews.
7. Coordinate with Marketing and Communication teams to ensure brand consistency.
8. Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends and internal product development team.

Requirements:

1. Native English Speaker
2. Proven copywriting experience – should have many examples of being able to persuade the reader/listener to perform the call-to-action
3. Strong writing, editing, proofreading and layout & design skills
4. Flexible with the working schedule; may be expected to work weekends, holidays and events
5. Attention to detail and ability to multitask
