About The Role

TOP Network is looking for a skilled content writer to join our public relations team. In this role, you will collaborate craft informative and inspiring content to convey our mission to our community members and the general public. Your goal will be to offer a thoughtful point of view to tens of thousands of readers that deepens their understanding and trust in TOP Network. We are looking for a passionate writer who is up for challenge, curious about blockchain, and super detail-oriented. TOP Network cherishes high-quality writing, which means from our C-suite executives to front line developers will do their best to support your work!

This position is based in Hangzhou Office ( Xihu District ).

Key Responsibilities

• Explain complicated blockchain concepts and terminologies in simple, jargon-free language.

• Write explanatory articles and opiinion pieces on industry trends and tech innovations for paid, earned and owned media.

• Collaborate with public relations managers, community managers and product managers to create content for product launches.

• Collaborate with marketing service vendors to craft press releases and marketing materials.

• Support additional content projects as needed which may include content operations and UX writing.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining close attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

• 1-3 years writing experience in a professional environment.

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing or related field.

• Strong research skill

• Attention to detail

• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of blockchain

• Strong accountability and time management skills as a self-starter in a fast-paced workplace

• Ability to multitask and balance multiple priorities

• Strong communication and negotiations skills

• Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
