We are seeking a strong technical individual with proven management and leadership skills in leading a team of AMHS Automation Equipment Technicians (AET) and several Vendor Contingent Workers in support of F68 AMHS Operations. As an AMHS Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not be limited to:

- Delivering operational excellence of the AMHS systems supporting the F68 Factory. Responsible for driving activities in support of achieving operational KPI's around safety, quality, reliability, cost, protocol adherence and Hub standardization.
- Implementing/supporting programs that guarantee the safety of employees and hold suppliers accountable to Intel's safety standards.
- The management and supervision of both direct and in-direct reports and day-to-day functional management of this organization:
* Performance management, organizational team health, training & development, forecasting & reporting and budgeting/expense control.
*Tracks individual AET training plans to ensure operations is staffed by a fully technically capable team.
*Participates in the development of and supports local AMHS budget targets throughout the year.
*Provides day-to-day operational reporting / tracking indicators as well as excursion management and report outs.
*Develops and promotes strong teamwork and professionalism both within shift operations as well as across shifts.
*Supports business processes that institute a high degree of success and employee satisfaction within AMHS.
- Leads AMHS crisis events working with MIT Escalation Managers and/or Factory Captain of the Ship (COS)
- Willingness to slightly skew/modify schedules to actively participate in/being inclusion of (late afternoon or early morning) scheduled operational meetings.

This role requires a close working relationship with key stakeholders to establish priorities and ensure execution with a sense of urgency. One key focus area for this role is creating/maintaining a motivated and energized work force.

Qualifications

- Candidate must have strong knowledge of semiconductor factory operations especially AMHS operations, possess strong technical, planning and problem solving skills, be detail and result oriented, and be focused on operational excellence.
- Bachelor of Science degree in an Engineering Discipline is preferred.
- This position entails regular interaction with Factory Management/Engineering (e.g. COS, AM's, Integration, Engineering) so candidate must be professional and possess strong verbal & written communication skills.
