Drive national sales team to meet sales target.
Ensure the sales team implements effective measures in line with the strategic direction and to ensure achieving a minimum or targeted market share level within all accounts.
Ensure that High Growth Accounts are identified and robust growth plans in place.
You will be responsible for all channels business development, including trade partners, OTAs, MICE group, etc.

Minimum 10 years of sales experience with promoting premium brand product is preferable.
Prefer industry: hospitality, entertainment & Leisure, cruise, OTA, airline etc.
Aggressive, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.
English and Mandarin speaking is a must
