Position Description:

The Hyperscale Services AP Logistics & Warehouse Operations Specialists will be responsible for day to day logistics operations, including the following:
  • Arrange international shipments to/from designated DCs/FSLs
  • Manage logistics flow documentation and provide reports
  • Utilize SAP and 3PL TM for shipment tracing and tracking and ensure on-time parts delivery
  • Execute daily communication with vendors and logistics service providers.
  • Conduct day-to-day activities to ensure international shipments are in compliance including: shipping documentation, import/export license determination, Harmonized System Code (HS) classification, valuation and Incoterms.
  • Assist in monitoring of FSLs PI, reconcile inventory cycle and annual counts
  • Comply with operational and quality control processes
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for logistics in area of geographic responsibility, providing solutions to all daily logistics related issues in AP to manage expectations inherent in moving freight domestically and internationally

Position Requirements:
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in DC/Hub/FSL operation, logistics and/or warehouse operations
  • Prior experience with preferred SAP or similar business enterprise purchasing, inventory control and/or procurement management system required.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • ERP systems experience
  • Supply-chain experience
  • Strong problem solving skills. Ability to work in a fast paced environment w minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple and simultaneous projects, issues and activities.
  • Ability to apply functional expertise and continuous improvement methods and skills to improve financial and operational results. Ability to accept and manage change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of service parts for consumer electronics IT and services and technical hardware knowledge preferred.
