Role Summary:
Full - Time Regular
An opening for Inventory Specialist Sr in Chengdu, China. The position will support the MATERIALS PLANNING AND EXECUTION Division.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Analyses sales exception forecast, determines shortages, reviews and notifies department staff and sales department of results.
- Assists other departments in acquiring inventory to fill shortages and daily orders from other locations.
- Forecasts standard inventory usage and routinely orders appropriate quantities. Facilitates usage of slow moving & obsolete inventory.
- May be responsible for multiple products. Handles special projects, as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years’ experience in inventory control, customer service or production control.
Desired Characteristics:
- In-depth knowledge of product line(s) of responsibility.
- Complete knowledge of all other product lines.
