Requirements

• Higher Diploma or higher in Computer Science or related discipline
• 2 years or above in the IT Support environment
• Experience in WAN/LAN, router switch, network cabling and CCNA holder is an advantage
• Hands-on technical support experience in Windows Server 2008, Windows 7 and 10, MS Office 2013 & Outlook, MAC OS, Antivirus and mobile devices.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
