Assist Relationship Managers in performing the documentations, account opening and KYC assessment
Work closely with other divisions on monitoring the entire account opening / KYC assessment
Work closely with Credit Division to ensure receipt acknowledgement of credit applications and timely approval of annual credit review
Work closely with consumer branches on limit excess and timely reporting to Credit Division
Perform administrative issues and ad hoc project as entrusted by supervisor
Perform filing task and assist Relationship Managers in processing loan rollover
Prepare various monthly and quarterly MIS & business reports
Diploma/Higher Diploma/Associate Degree or above in any discipline
Minimum 5 year's working experience, preferably in banking industry
With basic knowledge in the business of Commercial / Corporate Banking and Account Opening and KYC will be advantage
Mature, responsible and self-motivated
Good communication and customer services skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua
Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
