Our client is an Listed company engaged in food & retail industry. They are now looking for a IT Specialist to oversee daily network duties. They recently looking for strong background candidates to join as part of their team.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• Min. 3 years’ experience in system support and network administration
• Experience in MS Windows 2008 server, Lan/Wan, DNS, Firewalls, VPN and network monitoring, POS application.
• Strong knowledge in TCP/IP, related telecommunication products such as Metro-E, VOIP and MPLS
• With knowledge of MCSE / MCP / CCNA is preferable
• Knowledge of SQL is an advantage
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English & Chinese

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing domain infrastructure to the IT network environment
• Managing daily housekeeping work and troubleshooting for servers
• Evaluating and auditing all servers status, performance & storage capacity.
• Providing client support & technical issue resolution
• Assist in system installation, testing, monitoring and maintenance of software and hardware
• Assist in analysis of system software and hardware malfunctions and problem shooting
