Sales / Account Manager- Inside Sales

Located in the heart of Hong Kong's Central Financial District, LPM is one of Asia's largest and most trusted Precious Metal Retailers. Now celebrating six years in business, LPM understands the needs of Gold and Silver buyers. We started our Outbound Sales Team in October 2018 and have three very talented and successful employees on board and now we need to add more because of the incredible success we're seeing in Hong Kong.

We are looking for experienced direct sales and telesales professionals to help us grow our business. No previous knowledge of our industry necessary; but you must be passionate, enthusiastic and a creative "story teller" as all sales are conducted over the phone using a one call close. You must have the ability to interact effectively with customers and build relationships while selling the world's most beautiful coins.

The primary duty is to work with each customer by presenting and providing rare and unique collectible coins and encouraging long-term and repeat future sales relationships.

Job Requirements:

• Attain sales productivity and activity goals as determined and assigned by sales leadership; including, but not limited to, account creation, dials, and talk time
• Maintain a professional, helpful attitude and manner when interacting with customers and fellow employees
• Must speak fluent English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Willingness to learn and grow with company
• Immediate availability preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong ethics, trustworthiness, and honesty is required
• A confident and determined approach
