Responsibilities

Short Term Contract
(Contract period: Mid-Dec to Mid-June)

The incumbent will be responsible for facilitating tendering and procurement process of implementation of Contactless System and provision of Project Management Office Service. He/she will also facilitate project administration of Replacement of Point-of-Sales System (POS) and Ticketing and Admission System (TAS) with documentation and communication.

Requirements

- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related disciplines

• With at least 10 years’ experiences as IT management or relevant experience
• Excellent knowledge of tendering and procurement process in public institution or quasi-government organizations
• Expertise in SAP procurement procedures
• Perform internal project administration for the array of project implementations
• Self-motivated, hard-working with good interpersonal and task management skills
• Well-organized and able to work independently under pressure
