Job Description
A. Position Purpose (a summary of the general nature, level and the reason why the position exists)

The primary focus of the role of Administrative Assistant is to handle day-to-day office general activities to assist timely and accurate administrative operation of office.
This role requires high-efficiency, ability to multi-task and passion in working with and contacting multiple people/ parties in a fast-paced working environment and ability to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to HR & Marcom Departments

Provide secretarial assistance & maintain CEO & Management team’s schedule

Provide clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying & daily operation to the office

Receive, sort and distribute incoming correspondence including phone calls, visitors, and mails…etc.

Run office and department errands for office supply, courier service or other deliveries if needed

Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails

Schedule and coordinate meetings and maintain meeting rooms, printers and public area’s tidiness

Coordinate payments of public utility bills, etc.

Filing and sorting of newspapers, magazines and other press coverage

Coordinate the stock/shipment/logistics of corporate collaterals (e.g. brand book, VIP gifts, etc.)
