Job Descriptions
To perform Windows hardware and software support, monitoring, capacity planning and performance tuning;
To provide support to core network infrastructure and maintain the integrity and security of corporate network;
To assist in the new infrastructure projects such as network infrastructure upgrade, security enhancement and Windows 10 upgrade projects;
To provide technical support on the Lotus Notes Domino server and VMware infrastructure;
To participate in the BCP/DR drill and ensure the systems are recovered in a timely manner; and
To maintain system and network technical documentation, including inventory list and installation guidelines.
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

At least 8 years’ experience in the following areas:
Windows server administration, desktop hardware and software support;
Network design and administration;
Lotus Notes Domino administration;
VMware virtualization administration;
Firewall administration ;
Data Centre facility management
Knowledge of Netbackup, Control_M, Symantec Endpoint Protection, APT, SMTP gateway, VMware, Citrix, SSL VPN gateway and SAN storage.
Holder of MCSE/CCNP/CISSP/AWS or MS Azure Certification is preferred;
Good analytical and problem solving skills;
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
