About The Role
Role Location: 3/F Lincoln House, 979 King's Road, Quarry Bay
Role Type: Permanent, full-time
As a Head of Payment and Cash Operations, you have to ensure that the payment and cash product is delivered in a timely manner and able to meet customers’ expectations and comply with bank’s obligation and regulatory requirement for the clientele of ANZ Banking Group. Part of your role is to develop and implement improvement and change initiatives to provide measurable business benefits to both internal and external clients. You will also oversee the execution of the functions in accordance with agreed SLA’s, productivity targets and turnaround timeframes.
In addition, you will run the payment and cash functions by managing the service providers, operators and group and local stakeholders and you will build and design capability to cater to new and changes of products as per the business needs with proper risk control in place.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following –
  • Proven years of experience in the banking industry with several years in managing a team
  • In depth knowledge of banking operations, international and local payments and correspondent regulatory requirement
  • Ability to manage the expectation of external customers and internal stakeholders
  • Able to identify opportunities in the process for automation to improve efficiency and accuracy
  • Ability to lead the team to deliver the business strategy
  • Strong attention to details and a genuine concern and drive to continually sustain and improve quality and standard
