We are a well established interior design and contracting company located in Mongkok. To cope with our rapid expansion, we invite high caliber candidate to join us:

Diploma / Degree Holder in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Construction Management.

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in interior fitting out projects.

Good command of spoken and written English.

Proactive, well-organized, independent and able to work under pressure.

Responsible for tendering, cost estimate, all interim payment, measurement of works, cost control, valuation of variations, settlement of final account.

Project co-ordination, management of site works and progress monitoring.

Handle all documentation, correspondences and meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors.

Willing to work overtime if required.

We work on alternate Saturdays (half day) and offer competitive remuneration package to the right candidates.
