Cosway first sets foot in HK in 2006 with the opening of its first store and as of today, has over 40+ retail stores in HK and Macau. With the opening of Experience Centre recently in Tsim Sha Tsui, Cosway will continue to grow and further enhance its brand and gain market share.

Responsibilities:
Provide support to training function to ensure smooth running of training courses including course enrolment, preparation of training materials, attendance and evaluations arrangements

Support in-house training and public seminar events and activities

Organize examinations and related matters such as monthly scheduling, enrolment and results distribution

Compile reports for Management review on effectiveness

Prepare and monitor event budget

Assist in department admin tasks and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:
At least 3-5 years solid training experience in FMCG retails/MLM related industry, especially on sales and product training

University graduate in related disciplines

Strong in planning, organizing and designing training programs;

Good facilitation, presentation skill & communication skills;

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;

Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
