One-Year Contract

Responsibilities:
Handle accounts receivable and assist general duties for A/R including coordinating with clients and sales departments, invoicing to the clients, etc.
Handle daily sales invoice, credit note and monthly customer statement distributions
Responsible for daily accounting routines including data entry & filing
Handle expense claims, petty cash & banking activities
Handle the reconciliation and accruals at the month end closing
Perform ad hoc duties and assignments as required

Requirements:
Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related discipline with 2 year relevant experience
Fluent in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin is preferable
Knowledge in Accpac system will be an advantage
Knowledge of accounting procedure in AR
Immediately available preferred
