Perform general teller duties over counter such as receiving and paying cash/check, handling remittance and opening accounts etc.

Cross-sell consumer bank products and handle general inquiries

Refer customers to Personal Bankers whenever opportunities arise

Provide other clerical duties as assigned by supervisors

5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above in HKCEE / HKDSE, including English, Chinese and Mathematics

Minimum 1 year's teller and customer services experience in retail banking

Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Excellent command of MS Word and Excel

Customer-oriented, self-motivated & detail-minded
