Eureka Language Services is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic individual for the above position.

Responsibilities

Help devise strategies to maximise client satisfaction and facilitate the company’s development

Understand clients’ needs and provide quality service

Deliver presentations in a professional manner

Take charge of the recruitment and hiring of native-speaking English teachers

Assist in the coordination of different events, e.g. workshops, seminars and social activities

Communicate with different stakeholders and provide support for different schools / institutions / corporate and ad-hoc projects as assigned

Establish and maintain good relationships with school clients and native-speaking English teachers

Conduct occasional school visits and class observations

Handle enquiries and follow up with assigned school clients

Requirements

University degree holder or above in any discipline

Excellent command of English

Good command of spoken Cantonese (ability to read Chinese preferred)

Independent, well-organised and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility

Passionate about language education and English teaching

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good team player, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges

Preferably with 2 years of work experience in client relations management

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Education Consultant

Presentable, approachable, outgoing and friendly

Immediate availability is highly preferred
