• Provide support to the Field Service Engineer / Connected Service Professional to perform product evaluation and recommend Information and Communication Technology (ICT) system set up / solution to prepare for ICT site audit and Outcome Based Service (OBS) implementation
• Conduct research on IT technology and make recommendation on additional ICT resources is needed for OBS implementation

• Full time student who are studying Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Information and Communications Technology or Telecommunication and Networking or Computer Science or Computer and Data Engineering or any related disciplines
• Possess fundamental knowledge on computer networking
